Increased energy, improved mobility, deeper sleeping, increased mental clarity, and an overall feeling of wellbeing are the most common benefits.
The top layer is what we all want for ourselves and our families – a better life. When we invest in ourselves and improve our wellbeing, we have more capability to live our lives to the fullest. Can our children benefit if we have more energy and mobility to interact with them? Of course!
